Being Free of Pain Anxiety

There are times in our lives when we have become anxious and uneasy about something due to an uncertain outcome, especially when it comes to our bodily pain.  We have a pain and we become anxious about it, wondering what it might be, initially, and then while in a healing treatment, thinking “maybe the treatment won’t work for me,” and we worry about losing a certain amount of the quality of our life.  This is typically called “pain anxiety.”  This may even cause us to quit on something that is truly working for us.

A Heart-Healing Meditation

"Locating a stress-free environment within you - to assist in healing a "broken heart."

 

Life today can be very stressful.  We may have people around us that are saying and doing things that hurt and upset us.  This along with our daily responsibilities, over time, can cause damage to our Heart.  Many of us do not see it coming until we have a minor or major heart attack.  Now, it is up to us to create a stress-free environment to prevent this from happening - or, if it already has happened, to begin healing a “broken heart.”  We cannot always change our circumstances and the people around us, so we have to take responsibility within ourselves to neutralize the effect our life is having on us and catch it as it rises - much like watching a thermometer - and cool the body and mind down.  There is a place that we can access, that is within us all, to do this very thing.  Once we cool ourselves down, we can approach our life situations from a calm and clear perspective.

 

In this guided meditation, you will be given a way to access this calm, cool center of peace within you - to create a stress-free environment within you and assist  healing a "broken heart" or prevent one from happening in the first place.  Listening to this meditation on a regular, daily basis, not only gives you the experience of meeting your daily life stress-free … but it can also, over time, give you the feel for how to do it for yourself.  (20 min)
