Self  Inquiry   Meditations

There is a wide spread popularity happening with the teachings of "non-duality" which are emphasizing;

"There is not now nor has there ever been a separation from our Source, God, Christ or 'Higher Power' - which is our True Self-Nature." It is commonly referred to as "oneness" or "not-two."  These Self-Inquiry meditations have been created to contemplate and realize this truth of "not-two" for ourselves and awaken to who-we-really-are.

Let's Talk if you would like to have Meditation Coaching and/or if you are interested in my creating a meditation that personally fits your practice.  We can meet either over the phone, in person or on Skype.

An Inquiry Process

"There is a fixed state ...

sleep, dream and waking states are mere movements in it.

The pictures move on the screen, but do not affect it.

This is the true and natural state of being."

~ Ramana Maharshi

This natural state of being is the Radiant Heart.

In this guided Inquiry meditation,

I invite you to relax into the process of opening and awakening

as this One Heart lived here and now.  (25 min)

Taking responsibility for whatever shows up

to keep this moment clear for “who I am” to shine through.

~ Dr. Hew Len

In this guided meditation we are taking Inquiry a step further into our life situations - those experiences that we are reacting to or needing healing and resolution.  Use this meditation to clear whatever shows up allowing the Radiant "Sun" of your True Self to shine through.

Inquiring ... Saying "Yes" to What Is?

In this guided meditation experience the process of Inquiry revealed to Ramana Maharshi at the young age of 16 years old.  Allow this to be a time of discovery - of revelation -  a natural acceptance, which is simply saying "yes" to what is.  (26 min)

Inquiring ... What is True?

“I” exist … “I” … what is this “I” that exists … Is this who I really am?

There is only one way to find out “what is true?” - it is through inquiring …. through our own investigative process.  We take this “I-me-my-mine” for granted.  It is always here just being itself.  But, do we know what this “I” is?  It is the basis of everything, isn’t it?

Ramana Maharshi says, “Go back to where you came from and go back the way you came”  -  the ‘I’ rose up from our Source and returns to the Source very naturally, just as a spider emits its thread out of itself and withdraws it back into itself.  When we have genuinely made this inquiry - this investigation process for ourselves, we have a direct knowing of who-we-really-are.  This meditation guides us in this inquiry to realize “what is true?” directly for ourself.  This process was inspired by the writings of Robert Adams in “Silence of the Heart” and when applied -goes straight to the Heart of the matter.  (20 min)

The Essence of Instruction (Upadesa Saram)

These thirty verses are “Upadesa” (“that which is already near”) is spiritual guidance - as given by Ramana Maharshi.  In this Essence of Instruction he refers to the various paths to liberation, grading them in order of efficiency and excellence.

When received in a meditative and receptive manner, this essence of instruction unravels the “doer” and brings one into a relaxed and Natural State of Being.  (15 min)
