Imaginational Journeys
- for Kids 3 to 8 years
These meditations were inspired by my Grand daughter who had some trouble in relaxing and going to sleep. So, journeys in imagination into the deep sea as a mermaid as well as the lightness of a fairy helped to prepare her for a good nights sleep. Use anytime you wish to familiarize your child with a calm place inside or just because imagination is fun to play with. Earlier in my life at the retreat center, the kids wanted me to do these meditations as a bedtime ritual when they came for Family Network.
